Every thing was good .

the room was with window to the corridor and cant be open and you hear every one passes by the room.

I needed a place for transit before my flight out of Manado so naturally I picked a hotel that's not too far from the airport (30 minutes by car) and within walking distance to the city center, restaurants, shopping mall, and convenient store.

Just a tiny suggestion for staff improvement on hospitality. This happened to me 2x, once during check in and another during check out. I had 3 luggages with me, 1 one of them was my dive gear so it's pretty heavy. When I checked in at about 09:00, getting from the car drop off to enter the lobby, I noticed there was no bellboy so I thought that the receptions would help. After a failed attempt on keeping the lobby door open, one of the receptions who were only standing behind their desk watching the whole thing, made a gesture to help but did not actually help as I finally managed to bring all 3 luggages with me. He did help getting one of my luggage up to my room and I did tip him but to not get the initiative to help when you see a guest coming in is kind of mind boggling. I work for a super yacht so I always go above and beyond when it comes to hospitality, a simple thing like helping a guest sounds so trivial but yet very much appreciated if done right. Happened again during check out, I could manage to get the 3 luggage on my own. Then a staff member just standing looking at his phone while he was blocking my way to get to the elevator to go down the lobby. When he realized, he moved out of his way and smiled. That's it. Looking at my luggage and then just walked away. Not even asking if I needed help. Granted, I didn't need it, but it's a nice gesture if they actually did ask it.

The hotel was is in a great location you can walk to the malls stores coffee shops, restaurants the breakfast staff was amazing I would recommend this hotel to anyone without a car.
